Stunning original 1950s beaded couture dress. 

The dress is unsigned, however is made to an incredible standard with bead embroidery with heart shaping to the bodice. The dress features a fitted bodice with three quarter length sleeves and pleated sash belt. The skirt is a cross over pencil skirt with ruffle side in an opulent eastern style design. Fully lined. 

Fabric: heavy silk satin with glass seed beads

Fastening: plastic zip back, may have been replaced

Colour: ivory with pale blue

Condition: good condition, no holes but sadly a round water mark to the right side of the skirt. Dry cleaned and ready to wear.

As with most vintage items, this dress has been previously worn and is over 50 years old.
