Many of our customers talk about how they place a pad in their underwear to increase absorbency, but a booster is a better choice as it is designed to work with the underwear to increase total absorbency. Boosters can be replaced when they are full but haven’t soaked through to the underwear. This can reduce costs as a replacement booster is less expensive than a new pair of underwear.

A booster is a great choice to increase absorbency when traveling with limited bathroom breaks, or overnight when overnight underwear cannot contain all the liquid. Our Maximum boosters hold more than 4 cups of liquid and is available in white.

Use inside disposable incontinence underwear. Booster will absorb liquid until saturated, then excess liquid will flow through to the underwear underneath. Dispose when saturated. If underwear is also saturated, replace underwear. If underwear is not saturated, replace only the booster.
